The Dibble house was built on the same location it now stands in 1859. It is a rare example of Settlement Era vernacular architecture in the salt box style. The period-appropriate furnishing create a sense of the visitor walking into the past.
The VonderAhe house was built in 1865 and was moved in 1970 to the museum complex. It houses displays of local pioneer family artifacts and pictures, and contains a research library on the main floor. Ivor Davies hall was built in 2003 as a memorial to the Molalla Union High school, and features a replica one room school house, a museum store, and displays, as well as meeting space. It can be rented for a reasonable fee.
