Interested in joining the Oregon Museums Assocaition? Download one of these OMA MEMBERSHIP forms to fill out and send in to the Oregon Museums Association. Upon processing your membership dues, the OMA will send you an acknowledgement letter and your OMA membership card.

Institution Membership Form

For Corporate and Institution Members, the OMA will create a webpage for your museum or museum-related services. Institution members also receive an entry in the OMA's Guidebook to Oregon Museums, distributed to visitor centers and museums statewide.

Be sure to include a description of your museum or museum-related services with your completed membership form and dues.
