Foundation of the American Institute for Conservation Survey
If you or your institution has used the services of a conservator, the Foundation of the American Institute for Conservation (FAIC) needs your help!
How did you find and select a conservator? What was your experience like? Are you able to find the information you need to care for your collections?
These are some of the questions addressed in FAIC’s survey of end users of conservation services. The survey results will help us improve our “Guide to Conservation Services” and other materials, and will be shared with AIC members to help them improve their communications with clients.
Your responses will be anonymous, and data will be confidential. No personal identification information will be collected. The survey should take about 8 to 10 minutes to complete.
Please take 8-10 minutes to complete the online survey at:

As a small token of our appreciation for your participation, you will receive two special FAIC publications – “10 Questions to Ask a Conservator” and “Top 10 Websites for Conservation Information.”
